Listen to your mail or blog
Sanjay Research introduces handsfree access to your Yahoo Mail from your phone. You can listen to unread emails in your inbox. You can reply to a specific email. The sender's name and email address can be stored in your personal contact database. You can also compose emails to specific contacts by speaking out their name and recording a message.
All these Yahoo Mail features are available in addition to the core product-you can register websites or blogs that interest you. We will read out the content of the sites/blogs when you ask for it.
Who would benefit from these services?
- People who want to save money on their cellphone bills. You do not need a smartphone (saving about $200). You do not need a monthly data plan (saving roughly $40 per month). Thats a total savings of about $700 in 2 years. You can buy yourself a new 46" LCD TV over the holidays. Happy Holidays!!
- You are away from your office or home PC. You are perhaps a professional who keeps in touch with your business via Yahoo Mail.
- Don't you love typing a 200 word email on those cute smartphone keyboards?? They are good for typing search queries-not meant to compose emails
- You have a long commute. Just listen to your favorite blog or get a traffic update or a news flash from a site that interests you
